So, for the last 3 nights, I've been unable to get any of the PPV movies on my HBO / Movie channel.
This is the one that I pay for monthly to have additional PPV movies.
The irony, is that I CAN get the PPV titles that cost me an extra $5.99
So .. I pay $20 or $30 per month to get HBO and Showtime, but ... I can't get any movies from it.
So here's the funny part.
Shaw advertises themselves as being all about the service right?
So ... the message that comes up when I can't get the movie is something to the effect of tech problems, call this 800 number for assistance.
But ... the number doesn't work from my area (Vancouver? not exactly Pavumnatuk)
Anywhoo ... I call the 310-SHAW number and have been on HOLD now for close to an hour.
Great service, total scam, they're just milking me for extra cash.... I'm so pissed off right now listening to their stupid jazzercise music and their stupid ads for how great their deals are ... while I'm STILL ON HOLD.
So want to drop them and go satellite.
